My husband was receiving his MBE in Windsor and we had traveled from the Isle of Man. My original beautician cancelled the day before my appointment as she tested positive for Covid. I found Simran online. I explained my predicament and Simran changed her schedule and started work early to accommodate my needs. Simran was very professional and made me feel really comfortable. I had my make up and hair styled. I don’t normally wear make up so left all decision to Simran and I am so glad I did. I have now had my hair done twice from Simran and I loved it. She did it exactly how I explained and it stayed up all day. I also loved the fact that she would also ask me if I am happy with the hair while doing it, and made any changes I asked.
